Processing times
Orders placed before 2pm PST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on US public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Domestic shipping
We ship within the United States with UPS. UPS Priority (2–3 business days) is free on orders over $200; below that, UPS Priority and UPS Ground (3–5 business days) are charged at the flat rates shown at checkout. UPS Next Day Air (1 business day) is available on every order at a flat rate. A tracking number is emailed when the order leaves our facility.
International

Damaged or lost orders
If an order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and vials and contact us within [X] hours of delivery. Lost packages are investigated with the carrier before a replacement is issued.
